12:52PM Bidz.com Schedules Conference Call Today Tuesday, November 27 at 4:30 pm EST (BIDZ) 12.40 -0.15 : Co announces it has scheduled a conference call today at the close of market to address the concerns raised in a negative “research report” issued yesterday by Citron Research. The co says this report contains innuendo and inaccurate information about the co and coincided with a decline in the trading price of the co’s common stock. The co believes Citron may have issued this report in an attempt to take advantage of the declining market: the principals of Citron Research almost always take positions (presumably “short”) in securities that it profiles.
